Answers about finding RFPs, parsing requirements, drafting proposals, and account setup.

Getting started

Votion helps businesses respond to public RFPs faster. We surface RFPs matched to your firm, parse every requirement, flag scope risk, and shape your prior responses into a draft for the new one.

Proposal teams at consulting firms, contractors, and other businesses that respond to public-sector solicitations. If you have answered an RFP before, you have material we can reuse.

Not to start. You can paste in any RFP and get pre-analysis right away. To get the most out of the draft step, upload past responses so we have material to shape into the new proposal.

Finding RFPs

We pull from public-sector procurement sources and match them to your firm's NAICS codes, services, and geography. You see the ones worth your bid, not every solicitation in the country.

Yes. Upload any RFP PDF or paste a portal link, and we run the same parse, flag, and draft pipeline as the matched ones.

Drafting proposals

We extract every requirement from the RFP, flag scope and compliance risk, and pull in how your firm has answered similar requirements before. You get a structured draft you review and edit — not a black-box submission.

It uses your firm’s prior responses as the source material, so the voice carries through. Reviewers still need to verify and adjust — Votion is a starting point, not a finished proposal.

Your prior responses, your draft, and your account stay private. We do not sell your data or use it to train models for other firms.
