About Votion

We help businesses respond to public RFPs faster, with less manual review and clearer scope up front.

What we do

Public-sector solicitations arrive as fifty-page PDFs and portal accounts. Proposal teams burn days reading, retyping, and paraphrasing requirements they have answered before. The cost of getting one clause wrong — a buried insurance threshold, a non-compete on prior work, a minority-subcontractor requirement — can erase a margin or disqualify a bid.

Votion does that pre-analysis in minutes. We pull every requirement out of any RFP, flag scope and risk, and shape your firm's prior responses into a draft built for the one you are chasing.

Find. Parse. Shape.

We surface the RFPs worth your bid, matched to your firm's NAICS codes, services, and geography.

Upload any RFP or pick one we found. We pull out every requirement and flag scope risk.

Shape

We pull in how your firm answered last time and shape it into a draft built for this one.

Built by someone who watched proposal teams drown

Votion was built solo by Graham Huber. Before this, Graham spent six years at Collaborative Solutions — a Workday partner — selling to governments and universities, close enough to proposal teams to watch them burn weeks on requirements work that was not winning them anything.

A 2023 ski accident in Aspen put him in surgery for two years. He learned to code from a hospital bed, picked up Cursor in early 2024, and went full-time on Votion in August 2025. The proposal-response workspace is the first thing he built that the buyer asked for, instead of the thing he assumed they needed.

What's next

We are working with proposal teams at consulting firms and contractors who respond to public RFPs. If that is you, the signup link in the navigation gets you started.
